Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our embroidered products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be approved in the following cases:

  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is significantly different from the approved design

4.Non-Refundable Cases

    We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after placing the order
    • Incorrect size selection by the customer
    • Minor color variations due to screen differences
    • Custom designs approved by the customer once production has started

    5.Refund Process

      Once your refund request is approved:

      • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
      • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

      6.Order Cancellation

        Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

        For custom orders, cancellation is not allowed after design approval.
