3.PRICING & PAYMENTS :

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4.ORDERS:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

For custom embroidery orders, customers must review and approve design previews before production starts.

CharviStitch is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances, but we will assist you with tracking and support whenever possible.

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our embroidered products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
